Synergy Communications had acquired 6 new and emerging networking startups in Africa. The goal was to bring all the new startups under a single brand called as inq, with a vision to deliver consistent and unified customer experience.

inq, as a brand, aimed to build upon existing service infrastructure and provide a more seamles IT service operation model to it's customers while strengthing its internal process flows.

Post Phase 0, we worked closely with the team at inq to align with their vision for the product to guide is in the right direction.  As a prerequisite, we also setup diligent collaboration systems to effectively communicate and work with our stakeholders who were operating out of Africa.  .

Design a System

Building modular systems for scale and flexibility

As the research was underway, the team began experimenting with a design system to begin work on the UI. The system we would end up building had to  accommodate multiple languages to cater to user groups from different countries, be dynamic enough to make sure it grows with the brand, while still being relevant to the target audience - ethinically & culturally.
