CISCO APIC & GBP

Workflow

Case Study

Project Brief

  • Interface Matters was asked to propose possible solutions to help simplify some of the pain points with CISCOs APIC & GBP User Interface implementation within openstack.
  • The Primary pain point was to help simplify the flow of using Cisco’s group based policy framework for data center operators within the context of Openstack.
  • Interface Matters worked closely with Integration, Product & Client teams to identify the primary use cases and come up with potential ways to simply the workflows.
  • The finalized solution included proposals to introduce predefined workflow templates for common use cases, clearer identification of groups and entities and topology maps to get a high level sense of the network mapping.

PRASAD VELLANKI

CEO, One Convergence

We’ve partnered with Interface Matters on several of our product initiatives over the last 3 years. Their team has put in a great deal of effort in not just helping refine our workflows and UX but has also taken the time to understand and internalize our industry & market dynamics.

It’s been a pleasure working with Interface Matters and would more than happily recommend their team and services.
